Please have your account number available when you call if possible. If more than one person is authorized to make changes on your account, then opt out instructions from any authorized person will opt out on all authorized persons on the account.
We have established policies and procedures to protect the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic personal information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a need for the information to provide products or services, to properly service a customer account, to act upon a customer request, or to fulfill that employee's job responsibility (such as customer service employees).
We maintain other physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
If you have previously opted out, you will not need to do so again, unless you are establishing a new customer relationship with us.
